Which size bed should I get for my pet?
Small (20" / 50 cm) fits cats and small dogs up to 18 lbs (8 kg) -- think Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Yorkies. Medium (26" / 65 cm) fits small-to-medium dogs like Beagles and Corgis. Between sizes? Choose Medium -- pets love a roomier nest.
How does the CloudSleep Bed help anxious pets?
The raised cuddle-ring design mimics the feeling of being held, giving pets a sense of security while they sleep. The ultra-soft plush surface encourages them to settle and relax. It is a comfort product, not a medical device -- for serious anxiety issues, please talk to your vet.
Can I wash the bed?
Yes. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, wash separately, then tumble dry low or air dry. Give it a shake afterwards to restore the fluff.
Are the materials safe for pets?
Yes. The bed uses a soft plush faux-fur surface with polyester fill and a non-skid base. The Lick Mat is food-grade, BPA-free silicone. The Paw Cleaner Cup uses an ABS shell with soft food-grade silicone bristles. The Slow Feeder Bowl is stainless steel -- rust-proof and safer than plastic.
Is the Waterproof Pet Mat really waterproof?
Yes -- the backing stops liquids from soaking through to your sofa, bed, or car seat. The quilted cotton top stays comfortable for your pet while the barrier layer protects the furniture underneath.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery after that: United States 7-12 business days, Canada 8-14, United Kingdom 8-14, European Union 10-16. These are estimates and can vary with customs processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout. For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the 30-Day Calmness Guarantee?
The CloudSleep Anti-Anxiety Bed comes with a use-it-at-home trial. If your pet does not seem noticeably more settled and comfortable within 30 days of delivery, email us at cloudsleeppets@gmail.com with your order number. No need to ship anything back: donate the bed to a local animal shelter or rescue, send us a photo of the donation, and we will issue a full refund or a replacement -- your choice. How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you have not received it, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
What if the size does not fit, or my item arrives damaged?
Wrong size: we do not offer direct exchanges -- start a return within the 30-day window (unused, in original packaging) and place a new order for the right size. Damaged or defective on arrival: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will send a full replacement or refund at no cost. Full details in our Refund Policy.
How do I clean the Paw Cleaner Cup and Lick Mat?
Paw Cleaner Cup: pop it open, rinse with clean water, air dry with the lid open. Lick Mat: dishwasher safe, or hand-wash with warm soapy water.
My dog eats too fast -- which product helps?
The Slow Feeder Bowl's ridges slow eating and support better digestion. For treats and licking-based calm, the Lick Mat spreads soft food thin. The Snuffle Mat turns mealtime into a sniffing game that slows things down naturally. All three work great together.
